- Working as a personal assistant: from booking restaurant tables to organizing unique experiences like giraffe tours;
- Managing client data in the CRM system: creating and updating profiles to ensure every interaction feels seamless and personalized;
- Communicating with clients of Ukrainian banks both in Ukraine and abroad, assisting with a wide range of requests. Through chats, emails, and phone calls — we’ll teach you how to quickly understand people’s needs and find the right approach;
- Collaborating with partners and service providers to find the best solutions for client requests.
- You have an English level of B1 or higher (additional languages will be a huge plus!);
- You’re quick at finding and fact-checking information;
- You’re interested in growing in the customer communication field (previous customer service experience will be a strong advantage);
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced multitasking environment;
- You have your own laptop/computer for work (Windows 10 or later, or macOS Ventura (version 13) or later);
- You’re able to work independently during blackouts, with a stable internet connection (fiber optic or alternative connection) and a backup power source such as a charging station or generator.
- Shift schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off. Day shifts run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Ukrainian time). During the first 3 months, you’ll work day shifts only. After that, 4–6 night shifts per month (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM) will be added and paid at a higher hourly rate;
- Salary starting from 21,312 UAH for 15 working days, with hourly pay (the first month of training is paid at 15,000 UAH) + KPI bonus of up to 3,000 UAH per month;
