Handling a wide range of client requests: from booking a table to searching for a pet by its tracks in the forest (yes, that happens) through chats, calls, and email.
- You know English at a B1 level or higher (if you know other languages, that’s an additional advantage!)
- You have experience in customer service.
- You can quickly find the necessary information in general sources.
- You believe in the power of good communication.You can multitask effectively.
- You have your own laptop for work (Windows 10 or higher or macOS).
- A 2/2 work schedule with alternating shifts: from 8:00 to 20:00, from 9:00 to 21:00, from 10:00 to 22:00 (Ukrainian time);
- Salary starting from 17,280 UAH for 15 working days, hourly pay (1-month probation period – 15,000 UAH) + the opportunity to take additional paid shifts + KPI (up to 3,000 UAH per month);
- Salary is adjusted according to the level: junior, middle, senior;
